ㆍThe maximum capacity of the swimming pool is approximately 50 people at any time. If the capacity is exceeded, the swimming pool cannot be used.
ㆍSwimming pool access is only available during the stay and cannot be used after check-out (available once per night).
ㆍSwim caps and goggles are not mandatory when using the swimming pool.
ㆍGuest under 15 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
ㆍChildren under 36 months can use the jacuzzi only with the accompaniment of a guardian (waterproof diapers and tubes are mandatory).
ㆍThe swimming pool is closed for regular maintenance on the 4th Tuesday of every month.
ㆍPersonal water equipment such as snorkels, beach balls, swim fins, water guns, personal tubes, and mask-type goggles are not allowed. (Exception: Small arm tubes and neck tubes for infants are allowed.)
ㆍBringing in food is not allowed in the swimming pool area. (Baby food and beverages for infants are allowed.)
ㆍThe use of swimming pool facilities after consuming alcohol is restricted in order to ensure the safety of our customers. (Alcohol consumption is prohibited.)
ㆍUnderwater photography and photography within the locker area using devices including mobile phones are not permitted.
ㆍActivities such as running and dangerous behaviors like diving are prohibited within the swimming pool area.
ㆍValuables can be safely stored at the reception desk, and we inform you that the hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to valuables that occur within the swimming pool or locker room.
ㆍWearing items other than swimwear, such as slippers, sandals, shorts, and shirts, may restrict entry. (Aquatic shoes are permitted only within the swimming pool area.)
ㆍGuests with tattoos of 15cm or more may not be permitted to enter. (Please kindly wear a rash guard, sportswear, patches, etc. that cover tattoos.)
ㆍRental services for swimwear, goggles, and swim caps are not provided.
ㆍBringing in sharp or breakable items such as metal and glass products is prohibited.
ㆍUse of lockers in the swimming pool area is available for mixed entry only for children under 48 months old.
