Usage Guidelines

Total pool area: 345 m²

• The maximum capacity is 50 guests per session. Entry may be restricted once capacity is reached.
• Access to the swimming pool is available only during your stay and is not permitted after check-out.
• Swim caps are not required.
• Guests under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a guardian. (High school students and older may use the facility without a guardian.)
• Children under 36 months may use the jacuzzi only when accompanied by a guardian. Waterproof diapers and flotation devices are required.
• Personal water equipment such as snorkels, beach balls, swim fins, water guns, personal tubes, and full-face goggles is not permitted.
(Exception: Small arm floats and neck floats for infants are allowed.)
• Food and beverages are not permitted in the pool area, except for baby food and beverages for infants.
• For safety reasons, the use of the pool after consuming alcohol is prohibited. Alcohol is not permitted.
• Underwater photography and the use of cameras or mobile phones in the locker rooms are not permitted.
• Running and other dangerous behaviors, such as diving, are prohibited in the pool area.
• Valuables may be stored at the reception desk. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to valuables within the pool or locker room.
• Wearing items other than swimwear, such as slippers, sandals, shorts, or shirts, may result in restricted entry.
(Aqua shoes are permitted only within the pool area.)
• Guests with tattoos larger than 15 cm may be restricted from entry. Please cover tattoos with a rash guard, sportswear, or patches.
• Rental services for swimwear, goggles, and swim caps are not provided.
• Sharp or breakable items such as metal or glass are not permitted.
• Children under 48 months may use the locker room when accompanied by a guardian of the opposite gender.
• Closed on the 4th Tuesday of every month for scheduled maintenance.
